Madhur Khoa Machinery, a sweet patron of Ghatge Patil Transports

             Spirits are merry and holiday parties are plenty during the wonderful month of December. Although you may have already hit more parties than you can remember, the holiday season is far from over. The year does not end without indulging yourself in the chocolates, desserts and some more desserts. Giving an ode to our hard-work during the stressful March-endings, month end work load and never ending  over-time is half-done if we do not give the confectionery conclusion to the year 2017!                 One such man who has been blending sweets with culture is Mr. Dashrath Kumbhar, a 54 year old owner of Madhur Khoa Machinery in Kolhapur, a leading manufacturer of Khoya making machinery since a decade now. Khoya or 'Khawa' is a dry concentrated dairy product used in almost all the hearty Indian dishes like Gulab Jamun, Pedha, Halwa, etc. It is made by simmering full-fat milk in a large, shallow iron pan for several hours over a medium fire. 
          Madhur Khoa has been a Ghatge Patil Transports customer since 9 years now and it has truly been a sweet journey. Mr Kumbhar, a proud proprietor of Madhur Machinery actually spent 17 years in the industry before flying solo with his manufacturing project. After his graduation, he finished his course in ITI before turning to the machinery industry of Khoya.

 He supplies his components from a small town of Gokul Shirgaon to Metro cities like Mumbai and to the South using GPT trucks. We carry more than 9 tons of his freight or more which depends on the season demand and production.  Madhur Khoa Machinery is one of the oldest parcel booking client to Ghatge Patil Transports and they wish to expand their network in the country. Mr. Dashrath says,
" We get more bookings for our machinery than our production capacity. With time, I hope to scale up the manufacturing and send our machines to the North of the country.
